How to Workout On the Go

how-to-workout-on-the-goIf you’re like me, you travel for work, travel with your kids and sometimes even travel for fun!  Hotel gyms often leave a lot to be desired.  On my last trip the free weights were so gross I had NO desire to touch them!

Beachbody recognized that many of us were packing our DVD players and equipment when traveling, which is honestly a pain!  There were also many of us who just skipped workouts all together because we didn’t need to pack one more thing. This interfered with our results, also a terrible option!   Thankfully we now have a solution that requires little to even NO packing!

Beachbody On Demand is a new feature of the Team Beachbody Club that provides unlimited access to stream Beachbody’s proven fitness programs. Premium Team Beachbody Club members will be able to work out anytime, anywhere. Users will need access to high speed internet and a supported device in order to stream workouts.  Beachbody On Demand includes many of Beachbody’s most popular fitness programs in the Member Library, making Beachbody programs easy to access anywhere an internet connection is available.  Members can access On Demand through either a web browser or the Beachbody On Demand app/channel on supported devices.

What makes On Demand an even greater value is that Premium Content programs are available for  a Club Member as a Digital Unlock.  This means that subscribers can unlock a full purchased program without ordering the DVD kit. You get unlimited access to stream it as long as you are a paid Beachbody On Demand member. In addition, you will receive access to the online downloads of the nutritional program guides and workout calendars. No shipping costs or waiting for delivery. This was how I streamed the brand new program Country Heat!

4 Ingredient Tomato Basil Soup

Clean Eating Tomato Basil soup

I love soup!  Especially in the fall.  There isn’t much else that is warm and cozy like a bowl of soup.  But a lot of the stuff we buy in the stores are loaded with excessive amounts of sodium, sugars, other preservatives, chemicals and lots of other unknowns!

This creamy tomato basil soup is not only super healthy, but SUPER simple to make with just four ingredients!

INGREDIENTS
1 large can (28 ounces) of whole peeled tomatoes
1 cup of organic vegetable broth
1/2 cup of unsweetened coconut milk
2 tablespoons of shredded parmesan
1 tablespoon of finely chopped fresh basil

Preparation:
1. Crush or puree tomatoes in a blender or food processor.  Strain out seeds
2. Add tomato puree to a large saucepan; cook over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, for
two – three minutes, or until tomatoes are soft.
3. Add coconut milk, parmesan and basil, stirring well
4.Reduce heat to simmer; stirring how to eat healthyoccasionally, allow to simmer for 15 minutes.
Makes 4 servings!

For my 21 Day Fix Portion followers:
1 green, 1/2 blue

Depending on the day or meal, you can serve the soup with a toasted cheese (or 1/2!)  on whole grain bread using fresh mozzarella and spinach or with a side of grilled chicken!

Eating healthy does not need to be time consuming, disgusting, or complicated!  You can do this!
