Morning Snack

 

Option 1: Peanut Butter and Banana

Ingredients:

1 scoop or envelope chocolate or vanilla
1 T natural peanut butter or PB2
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 banana
Ice

Directions:

Blend all ingredients.

Option 2:

3/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
1/2 cup berries
Stevia to taste

Afternoon Snack

 

Salsa Boats

Ingredients:

2 hardboiled eggs
1 tsp yellow or Dijon mustard
2 tsp salsa

Directions:

  1. Cut eggs in half.
  2. Remove yolks.
  3. Combine egg yolks with mustard in small bowl and mix well.
  4. Spoon egg yolk mixture evenly into egg white halves and top with salsa.
